We will refund your shipping charges and email you availability date and further instructions for pickup. Note that you must order the item(s) you wish before arranging for local pick up, this is not a retail location.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time.
Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped directly from the manufacturers to our distribution facilities. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.

Shipping Policy
Any change of delivery date, address or telephone number must be received in writing and called in to our delivery department within 6 hours of placing your order.

All our doors are shipped safely in a solid and secure crating system, specifically designed to protect your door, and to ensure that the door and all the parts that ships with it will arrive in perfect condition.

Your orders will be shipped via a truck freight company. The freight company will call you to schedule the delivery. Products will be delivered to the back of the truck or the tailgate. Lift gate service is optional (additional charge apply), please ask for details. Sometimes the truck driver will assist in removing the product from the truck, but they are not required to do so. We recommend at least 2-3 people be present when the product is removed from the pallet since the doors are solid wood and are heavy! Doors4Home.com assumes no responsibility or liability to damage of the product, personal injury to someone or any other issue that can arise due to getting the product from the curbside to the inside space.
If you need the driver’s assistance bringing your order to your site, this service is offered by the third party delivery carriers and can be arranged for an additional fee. An inside delivery, or an "in-home delivery" does not mean white glove delivery.

Customer is responsible to inspect the freight for shortages or signs of damage upon receipt of goods while the driver is still there. If there is any freight damage the customer must refuse the freight and note it (type and location) on the freight company’s paperwork. If the customer finds any freight damage after the driver leaves it is the customer’s responsibility to file a freight claim with the freight company.

If there is any damage, please call us at 1-878-929-3667 as soon as possible (after noting damages on freight bill).

You agree to be available to receive the product from the carrier at the time of delivery, and represent that the delivery address provided by you is accessible to commercial trucking and delivery companies.

The delivery site must be accessible with an 18 wheeler semi truck.

Doors4home.com is responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery vendors directly. You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the truckers at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all such payments, if made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services will be at your sole discretion and cost. You agree that Doors4home.com will not refund such payments under any circumstances.

IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INACCESSIBLE OR INVALID, CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY THE PURCHASE ORDER AMOUNT AND THE ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES. WE STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PICKING-UP THE ORDER FROM THE FREIGHT COMPANY`S TERMINAL OR ANY LOCATION OTHER THAN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS SINCE DOORS4HOME.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.
DOORS4HOME.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OTHER THAN THOSE MENTIONED ON THE FREIGHT COMPANY`S DELIVERY RECEIPT. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INSPECT THE CONTENT OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY FREIGHT RECEIPT.
THE TRUCKER WILL NOT UNCRATE OR OPEN THE PACKAGE. THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO OPEN THE BOXES AND INSPECT THE CONTENTS. YOU CAN REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY IF THE TRUCKER DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO INSPECT THE PACKAGE. WE WILL RE-SCHEDULE THE DELIVERY ACCORDINGLY.

Installation and/or use of any door product constitutes customer's acceptance. No damage or shortage claim can be made once a door/ unit has been installed!
