We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We ship to all of the 48 contiguous states in the US.
All our doors are shipped safely in a solid and secure crating system on a pallet, specifically designed to protect your door, and to ensure that the door and all
parts that ship with it arrive in perfect condition.

Rates include residential delivery, delivery appointment, liftgate and pallet jack service.
Your order will be shipped curbside, ground via freight company (LTL). We will provide you with all necessary delivery information to prepare you for delivery, including: full carrier information, contact numbers and tracking numbers.
A representative from the freight company will contact you to schedule a convenient date and time of delivery.
In most cases a delivery truck will pull up to the curb outside of your job site within your appointment window.
From there, you will be responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck and any further transport beyond that point.
Since doors are very heavy we recommend at least 2 people present at time of delivery.
A liftgate and pallet jack are included with every delivery. However, large doors may not fit the truck's liftgate.
It is the customer's responsibility to unload the doors from the back of the truck.
Sometimes the truck driver will assist in removing the product from the truck, but they are not required to do so.
Customer is responsible to inspect the freight for shortages or signs of damage upon receipt of goods while the driver is still present.
If there is any freight damage the customer must refuse the freight and note "damage - refused delivery" on the freight company’s paperwork.
If the customer finds any freight damage after the driver leaves it is the customer’s responsibility to file a freight claim with the freight company.
ACCEPTANCE OF SHIPMENT AND SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT BY THE CUSTOMER OR THE CUSTOMER'S REPRESENTATIVES IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT:
MERCHANDISE DELIVERED IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION IN CONFORMITY WITH YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
RELEASES THE FREIGHT COMPANY AND DOORS4HOME FROM ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS.
Please Note: If you have scheduled delivery and then no one is present to receive the order when the carrier arrives, a re-delivery fee will be charged that would need to be paid to us directly so the carrier can reschedule.
It is important therefore that you adhere to the appointment that you made with the carrier and notify them of any changes as soon as possible.
Please Note: If you are unable to be successfully contacted to schedule delivery within two days once the local freight carrier is in possession of your order,
daily storage fees will begin to be charged that you will be responsible for before the order can be delivered to you.
Shipping Damage: Very rarely are there any issues unless an item is damaged in transit.
Damaged shipments should be refused or received with notation of apparent damage on the the freight company’s paperwork.
When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." on Freight Bill.
If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery.
We will then replace any damaged doors in prompt fashion. Please contact Customer Service immediately if you see any damage.
DOORS4HOME.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OTHER THAN THOSE MENTIONED ON THE FREIGHT COMPANY`S DELIVERY RECEIPT.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU INSPECT THE CONTENT OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY FREIGHT RECEIPT.
During unloading of the doors from the truck, Doors4Home assumes no responsibility or liability for damage to the product, personal injury to someone or any other issue that may arise due to moving the product from the curbside to the inside space.
Freight trucks are large and can often be actual tractor trailers. If you reside in a location where such a truck would not be able to get to you, please let us know prior to the shipment of your order.
We are not responsible if you are required to make arrangements with the freight carrier to meet their truck at another location to obtain your order.
If the delivery address is inaccessible or invalid, customer agrees to pay the purchase order amount and the additional delivery charges.
Please provide a valid physical address during checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Any change of address prior to delivery must be received in writing prior to shipping.
Any changes made to the address and / or phone number after the order has been shipped is subject to an intercept and transportation fee, which is charged to us by the carrier.

We do not ship outside the US, nor to the US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately.
We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order.
If notified of any additional charges, you have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.
We provide FREE ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states on most orders over $7500.
All orders identified as eligible for free shipping will qualify for the free shipping promotion, subject to certain exceptions.
There are a number of reasons why your order might not be eligible for Free Shipping:
We are responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery vendors directly.
You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the drivers at the time of delivery or at any other time.
Any and all such payments, if made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services will be at your sole discretion and cost. You agree that Doors4Home, LLC will not refund such payments under any circumstances.
After processing your order we will email you within 1-3 business days the estimated ship date.
