| I wanted to tell you that our French Doors arrived in perfect condition. The semi driver helped me unpack them and said that he rarely if ever sees anything that is shipped so well packed. The outer cardboard box was torn on one edge but the contents was untouched. Our builder looked the doors over and proclaimed them some of the most beautiful he has ever worked with. | Thanks so much for your help in acquiring our new front door. We sent out six inquiries over the internet for pricing on this door and Doors4Home not only gave us the best price but also provided us with the $150.00 promotion that was being offered on the door at the time of our request. We received only three pricing quotes from other sources and all were much higher in price and did not tell us about the promotion (so that they could keep the amount as profit). Jason was quick to reply to our request offering a professional quote within a PDF format. He also contacted the door company involved and asked them for the exact color and finish option that was shown on their display door within their showroom in Los Angeles. We had seen the sample door at the showroom and wanted exactly the same finish. Our door arrived as ordered and Jason followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. | We have an archway between our sanctuary and fellowship room at our church. The opening is 8' high by 10' wide, we wanted to put pocket doors in so we could block out the noise when we used the two areas at the same time. Since we could not find 5' wide doors we decided to go with a pair of 30" doors in each side. Your doors fit the bill perfectly, we were very impressed with the quality when they arrived. We liked them so much we decided not to make them pocket doors, but to leave them visible when they are open. Here are some pictures of the finished product. One more thing, the day they arrived I took one look at the box in back of the delivery truck and my heart sank. No one paid any attention to the words fragile or do not stack you had written on every side of the box. | Hi, I just want to personally express my appreciation for not only your product, but your attention to every detail. A couple of days ago I got a follow up call from your Sales Dept just to ensure I was totally happy with my purchase. I can write, my initial apprehension was paying many $$$ for a product "sight unseen" off a web site. My contractor tried to talk me into a steel or fiberglass door that had the look of wood. Guess what? Those in the style I wanted were over $1000 more!!! He even stated that for custom homes, like mine, mahogany was the way to go...but too expensive. | I've attached a pic my wife took of one of the knotty alder doors that we ordered from you. As you can see, we customized the heck out of them. We added an oil-rubbed bronze hardware slide and had our trim guy add crossbucks to the bottom of both doors. We put a furniture finish on them to match the rest of the solid knotty alder doors throughout the house. Jared |
