PRODUCTS SOLD BY DOORS4HOME COME WITH A LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.
PLEASE READ THE WARRANTY THOROUGHLY AND FOLLOW ALL REQUIREMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS.
FAILING TO FOLLOW MANUFACTURER'S REQUIREMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
All warranty claims must be accompanied with pictures illustrating the problematic area and full view of the door.
Claims for exterior doors must also include pictures of the entire entry including any overhang (or lack of).
Doors4Home will forward your claim along with the pictures you sent us to the manufacturer. It can take 1-2 weeks for the manufacturer to reply with a decision.
It is the manufacturer's discretion to accept or deny any claim and NOT Doors4Home.
BY PURCHASING FROM DOORS4HOME YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. THIS IS PART OF THE TERMS OF SALE.
Doors4Home is not responsible for transportation, shipping, removal, finishing, labor, installation charges or costs incurred in replacing a product or any other costs relating to the replacement of a product.
In addition, Doors4Home shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
