Open Positions:

Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator position is a full-time position that will require on-going communications with our sales team, as well as our customers. It is imperative that a courteous and professional service is provided at all times and meticulous attention to detail is practiced.

The position will require the following:

  • Provide exceptional Customer Support
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone and in person in a professional manner
  • Proactively follow up with vendors, customers and other departments on outstanding requests
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. Interact with freight companies, vendors and customers
  • Handle warranties and freight claims
  • Assist with updating company's website with new and existing products
  • Maintain and update company's social media accounts
  • Other Admin/Clerical tasks as needed

Job Skills/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates Degree (A.S.) or higher preferred
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or administrative field
  • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency, Quickbooks is a plus!
  • MS Windows 7 or higher proficiency
  • High level of organization & attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor & appearance
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Prior experience in door or home improvement industry is a big plus!
  • Experience in Photoshop, HTML is a big plus
