Orders are shipped directly to you on a solid and secure crate. The crate is designed to protect your door and ensure that it will arrive in perfect condition. Orders are shipped ground via a common freight company. We only ship with freight companies that provides our customers with online tracking system and superior service. We ship to any physical address in the 48 Continental United States. We cannot ship to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or personal mail boxes.

Pre-hung orders will be delivered knocked down (disassembled) to prevent damage during transit.

  • Doors are shipped directly to your job site on a solid and secure crated pallet
  • Shipments are fully insured by the carriers
  • Slabs/Doors orders are shipped within 2-3 business days
  • Orders with pre-hung options are shipped within 3-4 weeks
