A Low-E coating is a microscopically thin, virtually invisible, metal or metallic oxide layer deposited directly on the surface of one or more of the panes of glass. The Low-E coating reduces the infrared radiation from a warm pane of glass to a cooler pane, thereby lowering the U-factor of the window.

Orders are shipped directly to you on a solid and secure crate. The crate is designed to protect your door and ensure that it will arrive in perfect condition. Orders are shipped ground via a common freight company. We only ship with freight companies that provides our customers with online tracking system and superior service. We ship to any physical address in the 48 Continental United States and Canada. We cannot ship to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or personal mail boxes.

Pre-hung orders will be delivered knocked down (disassembled) to prevent damage during transit.
